How do you sit, stand and lie down? Are you an optimum posture? Are you ready to move without pain or imbalances?

From a postural assessment, you will understand which muscles to stretch and which muscles to strengthen for you to develop strong foundations. With the correct posture, your muscles will learn to work together as they should, you will have less aches and pains and lower the chance of causing injuries through movement. 
Exercise & Functional Movement
What are your current activity levels? How much planned and unplanned exercise are you doing? How active are you on a daily basis?

We help you to understand the right amount and type of planned exercise you need in line with your existing activity levels. Making sure it fits around your current lifestyle. You are then provided with a personalised training plan and coaching to show you the technique behind every exercise.
Nutrition & Food Suggestions
What does your typical food day look like? Are you aware of how many calories you are consuming?

We don’t tell you what to eat. Instead, we teach you to be calorie aware so you can continue to enjoy the foods you love. Using energy in vs. energy out, we determine with you the right energy balance to reach your goals. By implementing small changes, we make it easy for you to stay consistent and sustain results long-term.
Mindset & Accountability
Find strict diets and training plans unenjoyable? How would you feel if you could finally achieve your goal without giving up your life?

Tracy Nicola
Personal Trainer & Founder
Tracy’s own health and fitness journey to change her body shape and confidence has led to her becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and has since inspired the creation of The Revitalise Plan. She believes everyone should have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of food and exercise to make their own choices on how they achieve their goals. Her simple yet effective approach has led to a strong balanced partnership with David Sanders and together they aim to enable our members to take control of their own health and fitness.
David Sanders
Personal Trainer & Training Manager
David is a Sports Scientist, Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist with 25 years’ experience working with individuals and groups in clinics, gyms and professional sports teams. His experience working alongside Sports Coaches and Healthcare Professionals brings the science behind every programme we develop. David’s experience as an owner, manager and fitness professional for multi-national health club chains, physiotherapy clinics and independent gyms will help facilitate the future of health and fitness programming.
